General Information:
PressurePro Monitors are capable of reading pressures from 10 psi to 199 psi, provide two levels of low pressure alerts (the first at 12.5% and the second at 25% drop in pressure), and can display pressures in PSI, BAR or kPa. The ‘Moto’ Monitor features a built-in antenna and weatherproof casing for added versatility. Light sensors automatically adjust the Monitor’s brightness to allow for maximum readability and safety for all riding conditions.

PressurePro’s Data Logging Monitor allows users to monitor up to 10 wheel positions on a primary vehicle and 24 wheel positions on the trailer/tow, giving users flexibility for wheel positioning. The 34 Wheel Monitor features a Forward/Back Button which enables users to monitor the primary and trailer/tow together or each individually.

The Data Logging Monitor can log up to 45 days of time stamped tire pressure information. This information can be downloaded to help companies/drivers track the pressures and performances of their tires over the recording period.

Drop-and-Hook Fleets

Description:
The Intelligent Drop-and-Hook System contains three basic components: Intelligent Monitor, Intelligent Repeater and Sensors.

PressurePro’s Intelligent Monitors, and corresponding Bridges and Repeaters, allow users to monitor up to 64 wheel positions on a primary (truck) and up to three trailers. The 34 Wheel Monitor features a Select (SEL) Button which allows users to disconnect from old trailers, and hook up to new trailers with ease.

The Intelligent Monitor (IM) looks and operates much like PressurePro’s standard Monitors. The ‘IM’ is mounted in-cab, displays tire pressure readings, and gives fleets the capability to read a tractor and up to 3 trailers simultaneously, allowing a total of 64 tire positions. The ‘IM’ can be substituted with a Bridge, for fleets only interested in remote readings and can integrate with your current or future telematics or management systems for remote monitoring.

The Intelligent Repeater (IR) is installed directly onto a trailer and hooks into the trailer’s power (ABS) line, allowing communication of the trailer’s Sensors with the PressurePro Monitor in the tractor. When the tractor and trailer are tethered, the Monitor in the tractor picks up the ID’s, pressures and positions of Sensors on the trailer from the ‘IR’. When the trailer is unhooked and there is no communication for 20 seconds, the Monitor in the tractor forgets that trailer and is open to look for another trailer. When a trailer with an ‘IR’ is introduced at hook-up, the Monitor recognizes the ‘IR’ and accepts its information. The tractor/trailer combo is now ready to go.
