COMPANY HISTORY

Advantage Enterprises, Inc. was incorporated in Missouri in 1991 and began development and production of an external tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), then only a little known concept. In 1992 after acquiring patent rights for the product, production was begun and the Company sold the TireMate tire pressure monitoring product to the RV and trucking industries. In 1998, development commenced on the 2nd generation of product which was completed in 2000. Additional developments have continued to upgrade both the Monitor and Sensor. In late 2002, the Company again began looking at ways to take advantage of new technology to reduce the size of the Sensor while increasing accuracy, durability and reliability.

Known as a pioneer in the TPMS market, Advantage incorporated a new division, Advantage PressurePro, LLC, in March of 2003 to design and produce a brand new generation of TPMS products. An agreement with Lectronix, Inc. of Lansing, Michigan brought a partnership that provided engineering expertise for development and production experience. In 2004, Advantage and Lectronix introduced the new generation of PressurePro products to the US marketplace, and worldwide. PressurePro was enthusiastically welcomed into the RV, Trucking, Bus, Industrial and trailer aftermarkets and continues to be a leader in the TPMS market and a driving force behind the TPMS market’s technology developments.

PressurePro distributes to several markets, including heavy duty (Mining, Logging, Construction, Agriculture), trucking, bus, RV, trailer and many specialized application markets. PressurePro introduced RS232 capabilities with all products allowing PressurePro users the ability to communicate tire pressure readings to remote locations, offices, cell phones and more. With the RS232 advancements, PressurePro began partnering with vehicle based communications leaders, bringing a full tire maintenance program to market.

Today, with the high cost of fuel, tires, insurance, roadside downtime and repairs, on time efficiency, vehicle costs, carbon pollution concerns and safety, TPMS is one of the hottest market segments today. TPMS technology provides drivers of all types of vehicle types and sizes better stability, handling, braking, safety and savings. As the need for TPMS continues to grow, PressurePro remains a key provider to the market. In August of 2008, PressurePro released to the market a revolutionary “Drop-and-Hook” System, designed specifically for tractor/trailer drop and hook fleets. PressurePro is committed to providing a quality product to the market and remaining a market leader in providing a reliable, durable, accurate, easy to install and simple to use TPMS product. PressurePro is a recipient of the Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Award 2007.

TESTIMONIALS

------------------------------

Back in 2005 we were looking for a tire pressure monitoring system that would integrate into our fleet that was cost effective and user friendly. After researching other products I found that the PressurePro would best suit what we wanted in a pressure

monitoring system. We have been using the Advantage PressurePro since 2006 with great success. It has dramatically cut our OTR cost along with increased fuel economy and extending the miles per 32nd with more even tread wear. We implemented it across our fleet which consists of 70 Kenworth and Peterbilt Tractors. We made the decision to add to our fleet in 2009 and we brought in 45 new tractors. Tri Hi has gone to all wide-based tires which cost more so it’s important we

manage the tires better. We considered different TPMS products and chose PressurePro and we’ve been very happy with the product and their service.

Outside the tire sensors made sense to us over the other systems that installed inside the tire. We’re not interested in breaking down tires to install sensors, we don’t want to damage sensors when changing worn tires and we don’t want to break down tires when we rotate tires, too much time and expense. We had a concern about theft of the sensors since they sit on the stem but we’ve never had a sensor stolen in the 3 years we’ve been using the system and they’ve more than paid for themselves.

We found we got longer wear from our tires and our cost to maintain them decreased. Our average, miles per year on steers is now between 135K to 150K (was 90K before use of PressurePro). On drive tires they’d be rotated front to back and flipped on the rim during the year before replaced the following year with about 260K to 325K miles on them. Same on trailers, about 50% of the tires get flipped on the rim and aren’t replaced until they’ve got about 140K to 170K miles. We did no retreading on them during that time. That’s mileage with the PressurePro system on. PressurePro enables our drivers to detect a low tire and take action before we have damage to a tire or a catastrophic failure. A failure OTR cost us $1,200 plus down time and that’s if the driver doesn’t damage the rim. So that’s the performance we see from the PressurePro and yes it makes it easier for the driver. We also have a couple T-660’s, they have just fewer than 200k on them. We just pulled a set of drives on one of our Peterbilt 387’s that had 298K on them with 8/32nd of tread left. We pulled them because the driver had spun one of them cutting the tread or we could still have kept them in service. With the PressurePro helping to lower the bottom line we can be more cost effective for our customers without sacrificing reliability. I think the Advantage PressurePro tire monitoring system is a great tool and would highly recommend it to anyone... pays for itself.

We own a 2006 Allegro Bus and in Feb of 2007, we added the Pressure Pro system to both the coach & towed vehicle. On our trip from our residence in Florida to our summer home in ND, we had not one, but two incidences where our monitor alerted us to tire problems. First a tire on our towed vehicle had a nail in it and when we were fueling up at a Flying J, the monitor alarm went off. The next day the outside duel tire on the coach did the same thing. The monitor woke George from his nap!

Either incident would have been costly & perhaps devastating if we had not had the PressurePro. Because of our experience with your product, we have persuaded many fellow RV’ers to make the investment in PressurePro. The cost is minimal compared to the cost of loosing a tire on either the coach or towed vehicle. We consider the PressurePro our best investment yet!

Tire Pressure Monitoring is as important to your RV and/or tow or toad, as it is to making sure doors were locked and the gas turned off, at home before you left on your latest adventure. Your investment in your RV and accessories is significant. Protecting your safety, your family and friends and your 2nd home is a paramount concern. Tire Pressure Monitoring is of utmost importance in adding safety, fuel savings, and extending tire life.
PressurePro™ alerts to low tire pressure - allowing time for corrective action during dangerously low tire pressure situations. PressurePro™ meets the needs of a huge market segment, providing increased safety and savings, all with a tire pressure monitoring system that is simple to install and easy to operate. PressurePro™ displays current tire pressure and alerts to dangerous, low tire pressures, utilizing both a visual and audible alert.

Wanted to let you know everything is going good with our PressurePro product. The PressurePro system saves us time and money by helping us schedule our tire repairs before tire damage or blowouts. We find they are saving us on costly roadside service calls and costs as have decreased late deliveries due to tire problems.

I am a user of the PressurePro on my 1998 Overland MotorHome with which I tow a 2001 Grand Cherokee Jeep. All 10 tires are protected by Pressure-Pro which gives me a real sense of security while traveling down the road.

Do you have any idea how much a blow-out on a dual tire on a motor home can cost? When it happens going down the road, without PressurePro, there is no warning. There generally is no spare tire in the vehicle. The service company must come to you, bring a tire, (or go back and find one of the right size and configuration is such is available, remove the old tire and install the new one on the roadside). This can easily cost $1000-1500. But that is only the small part. When a dual tire blows, it tears up the underside of the coach ripping out air lines, hoses, paneling, etc. This can cost several thousand dollars more.

Do you see how valuable PressurePro us to RV travelers and truckers? And when the front tire blows, it can cause the vehicle to roll over, plunge off the road or worse, crash into someone else. Serious injury often results.
Do you see how much America needs you? You have an excellent prevention for such tragedy. Be glad you do what you do. You should be on the front page of every trade and industry publication that supports the transportation industry.
You have the product.

We are full-time RVer's and have been using our Advantage Pressure Pro TPMS for about 4 years. We are writing to tell our fellow RVer’s (and any everyone else who drives vehicles with tires) that the Advantage Pressure Pro system works very well. We have had more than one tire problem that the system has alerted us to.

Recently, while driving on I-10 in Arizona, the audible alarm alerted us to a problem and the display showed that the right front tire on our 5th wheel was losing air at a rate of about 20 pounds every 10 seconds. I hate to think of the damage to the 5th wheel that could have occurred if we had not been made aware of the flat tire.

Further, installation of the system is fast and simple, with the sensors simply replacing the valve stem caps. Some other TPMS systems actually require costly tire dismounting and remounting just to install the sensors on each tire!

The system is also great for checking the tire pressures before starting out on a trip. It takes just seconds to check that all of our tires are properly inflated. The system includes an over-pressurization feature that alerts the driver if the pressures in any of the tires become dangerously high.

Bottom line… the system is easy to install, requires no maintenance, is easy to use, and works exactly as advertised. To top it off, the people at Advantage PressurePro are wonderful to work with. What else could a person want?

Kit Loong Tyre Management Sdn Bhd has been using PressurePro and enTIRE Wheels tyre management software in our tyre management contract for Westports, a leading Malaysian seaport, since November, 2005. The highly user-friendly enTIRE Wheels have been actively deployed to help us track and manage a diverse range of tyres for various port vehicles and equipment under the contract, as summarized below.

PressurePro and enTIRE Wheels, complete with full back-up support from Vehicle Management Corporation, has helped us enormously to achieve considerable improvement in overall tyre performance and savings, which effectively translates into significant cost savings. In addition, we have also derived the benefits of improved operational efficiency, better inventory control, increased safety, higher recapping rate, and easier database management. PressurePro has been important to monitor tire pressures of these expensive tires and transfer this information to the enTIRE system.

A key lesson from our experience with enTIRE Wheels and PressurePro is the need to ensure accurate on-site data capture in order to capitalize the full value of the system and ensure longer tire life and greater vehicle service.

I really must commend you on your product and service. Thanks to PressurePro, I’ve had the pleasure of thirteen years of “no worry of a flat tire” driving. I’ve had your system on my Prevost for many years. Over the years I’ve had three failed tire experiences, one on an inside dual and two on my tow, that could have been disastrous. The problems would have surely gone undetected until too late as you simply can’t tell if you have a flat on such a big rig. My PressurePro alerted me to pressure drops immediately however, and all three situations were corrected before any damage was incurred.

Some aren’t as fortunate. I’ve seen two buses with their back ends burned out because of flats catching fire, as well as several tow cars missing fenders or wheels due to the same – a very bad situation when someone is expecting a nice vacation.

Not only do I personally recommend your product to everyone, I insist to new-made friends that they get your product. Just recently, a guy in a camp ground had to take his pickup to a tire shop to remove the tires in order to get to a couple of faulty inside of the tire sensors – not good. I immediately showed him my PressurePro set up.

Thank you again for a great product!

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my pressure pro system. I purchased the system at the Virginia State Fall Samboree in October '07. Being a single female traveler, I thought your system would give me some additional security while towing my trailer.

I took a trip the day after christmas, and your system alerted me to a leaking tire. Since I tow a travel trailer, I'm not sure how far I would have traveled before I would have know about the low/flat tire WITHOUT your system. I feel your system saved me the cost of a new tire and quite possible from being involved in an incident or accident.

I recommend your system to everyone that I can. As I have had it save the day for me, it's easy to promote it!

I wanted to follow up with you about the Pressure Pro system I have been using in my pickup truck. I love it. It was easier to install than I expected and it has been working great. I have even noticed a difference in my gas mileage. I had no idea before I installed this that my tire pressure was as bad as it was. I had four different readings on the tires, one was even about 10 psi low. Once I filled the tires properly, my truck is driving better and I appear to even be using less gas. Now, just about every time I get into the truck I find myself tapping the button to quickly check the pressure in all four tires. It has also become a conversation piece when people ask about the transmitters they see on my tires. Keep coming out with cool products that help our listeners out and we'll keep recommending them.

Want to wish you all the best and let you know that your product has saved me twice from damage to my toad. Originally I just bought caps for the class A motor home, but then added them to our 2005 Malibu, which we tow. It saved us a mess when we had a blow out on the road on the right front tire on the toad. My pressure pro monitor was the only indication that a problem had occurred. Another tire showed up out of range prior to a departure when I turned the monitor on, and I found a nail in it. Got it replaced before we left. The Pressure Pro system was one of the best investments I have made.

I used my Pressure Pro System on my 5th wheel and Dodge truck for 75 days this summer. We traveled May thru August, from Helendale, CA through Padre Island, Key West, Cleveland and back to CA and put on 10,000 miles. The truck and trailer both had new tires, but having the PressurePro System was still like 100lbs of worry off my shoulders when I got in the cab every morning to drive. Just flip down the visor, check the pressure numbers on all 8 tires. All good..... Let's travel. It was that simple. No guessing if I needed to manually check tire pressures that morning. Or while driving and running over something I could always just do a visual check of the display for any alert signals, then relax and figure it didn't do any significant damage. The reduction in my daily stress levels went way down this summer.

When we got back I transferred the 4 fifth wheel sensors to my toy hauler and took off on another 1 month trip about 550 miles away. At the end of my 30 day stay in an RV park I checked the pressures on my visor display, knew there were no problems with any of the tire pressures, and slept great the night before our trip home.

Just had to write and tell you what you probably hear all the time. I wouldn't sell my Pressure Pro System for twice what I paid for it.

Just another happy customer......Cheers,
Joe Albrecht

I think PressurePro is a must have for any truck owner concerned with avoiding tire problems. It is especially important when using super singles like I do since a flat will likely ruin the tire and wheel. My system paid for itself after the first low pressure warning because I was able to pull over before any damage was done.  I've had my system for nearly three years without any reliability problems, and I've run it through mid-western winters and Arizona summers. I would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace of mind.
